Research-use statement

Everything supplied here is a reference reagent for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not supplied for any other purpose.

Supplied as reference reagents for laboratory research use. Not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic application. Anhydrolabs is not a pharmacy, publishes no administration guidance, and supplies no finished preparations intended for administration to a person or an animal.

Three layers, doing three different jobs

Confusing them is the common failure, because the cheapest layer looks like the strongest one.

Layer 1 — site entry

The three statements shown before the portal. This is the weakest of the three: it is a cookie on an anonymous visitor and it proves that someone clicked. Every box ships unchecked, confirm does nothing until all three are ticked, and the server checks all three again before a record is written.

  1. I am at least 21 years of age and of legal majority in my jurisdiction.
  2. I am acquiring material for in-vitro laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or consumption.
  3. I understand Anhydrolabs is not a pharmacy, publishes no dosing or administration guidance, and sells no finished dosage forms, syringes, or presentations intended for end-user administration.

Version ATT-2026-09-v2, in force since Sep 16, 2026. Content hash 5e8b964623f1d636.

Layer 2 — account

Required to reach checkout. It captures identity, age confirmation, and institutional affiliation. Registration is open; there is no approval queue. We state only that an affiliation was supplied. We do not represent that it has been verified, because asserting a check we do not perform is worse than asserting less.

Layer 3 — per order

The one that matters. An affirmative statement made at checkout by a named buyer, written into the order record, and re-affirmed on every order rather than once at signup, because intended use can change between purchases.

  1. I am ordering the materials on this order for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
  2. The material will not be administered to a human or an animal, and will not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or consumption.
  3. I understand Anhydrolabs is not a pharmacy, publishes no dosing or administration guidance, and supplies no finished dosage forms.

Version ATT-ORD-2026-09-v3, in force since Sep 16, 2026.

What is recorded

Timestamp, account identifier, IP address, user agent, and the version identifier of the attestation text that was displayed. That last field is the one most implementations omit: a timestamp recorded against wording that is no longer in the repository is not evidence.

The text is versioned, every version is retained, and no version is ever edited in place. Retirement is one-way. The database refuses an edit or a deletion on either the text or the record, so the refusal holds even for a direct connection.

What stays open

The catalog, specifications and prices are public and indexed, and none of them sit behind any of the three layers. What the layers gate is the transaction, not the information.

Privacy consent is a separate instrument

Tracking and privacy consent answers to a different body of law than the research-use attestation, and the two are never bundled into one accept. This portal runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers, so there is currently nothing to consent to. The attestation cookie records a compliance action and is the only cookie set. See terms.
