Who may buy
Buyers must be at least 21 and of the age of majority where they are located, and must be acquiring material for in-vitro laboratory research use. The statement made at checkout is recorded against the order; see research use.
Storage
Nothing on this site is a shelf-life claim, or a claim about material stored outside the conditions on the storage and handling page.
Replacement
Report a broken vial, a collapsed cake or a quantity discrepancy with the order number within 10 business days of delivery; see shipping.
Resale and transfer
Material may not be resold, transferred, or supplied to any party for administration to a person or an animal. This is affirmed on every order rather than once at signup.
Data we keep
Attestation records — timestamp, account identifier, IP address, user agent and the version identifier of the text displayed — are retained indefinitely and cannot be edited or deleted, by us or by anyone else with a database connection. They exist to answer one question, from one kind of reader, about what a named buyer affirmed and when.
This portal runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party trackers. The attestation cookie is the only cookie set, it is strictly necessary, and it carries a record identifier and a version identifier and nothing else.
