Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend, ship on the next business day.
Destinations
United States and Canada. Shipments to Canada clear customs as laboratory reference materials and carry the research-use statement on the commercial invoice and on each vial.
Temperature in transit
Lyophilized material ships at ambient temperature and is stable through the shipping interval. What matters is what happens after delivery, which is covered on the storage and handling page.
Damage and discrepancies
Report a broken vial, a collapsed cake, or a quantity discrepancy with the order number within 10 business days of delivery. Replacement ships on the next business day after the report is acknowledged.
